David Cohen, M.D.
Dr. David Cohen is an expert in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. His primary focus is on fertility preservation for cancer patients–including fertility preservation for children and adolescents with cancer. His goal is to optimize the egg freezing process, and offer this service to patients facing treatments that lead to early menopause and to women interested in diminishing the age-related risks of infertility. He is also interested in the surgical management of many gynecologic disorders that are frequently associated with infertility, pelvic pain, or abnormal bleeding–such as endometriosis, fibroids, and tubal obstruction.
His recent research has focused on traditional and non-traditional medications that can be used in the prevention of osteoporosis as well as analyzing men with idiopathic hypogonadism and infertility. Dr. Cohen is involved in several research protocols designed to study new medications in the treatment of polycystic ovarian disease, endometriosis and infertility.
In addition to his clinical and research work, Dr. Cohen is a faculty member in the MacLean Center for Medical Ethics, and serves on the editorial board for the Journal of Experimental & Clinical Assisted Reproduction.

Sandra Culbertson, M.D.
Dr. Sandra Culbertson is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of urogynecologic conditions, including: urinary incontinence; prolapse of the vagina, bladder and/or uterus; and other disorders of the pelvic floor. She specializes in vaginal and minimally invasive surgical treatment of urinary incontinence and prolapse.
Dr. Culbertson often lectures on the surgical treatment of urinary incontinence and prolapse at universities and scientific meetings. She has been recognized for outstanding resident teaching and has won the Golden Apple Award for teaching excellence three times–twice at the University of Chicago. Dr. Culbertson also sits on the board of directors of the American Urogynecologic Society.

Dr. Roxanne Sylora is a board certified plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Her primary focus is breast and body contouring procedures, as well as anti aging treatments for the face such as Botox, Juvederm, and Sculptra. She performs many breast augmentations, breast lifts, breast reductions, and breast reconstruction as part of her practice. Dr. S. Diane Yamada specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic cancers. She is the principal investigator at the University of Chicago for the Gynecologic Oncology Group (GOG), a cooperative clinical trials group supported by the National Cancer Institute.
Her areas of interest include: Complex surgery for gynecologic malignancies including ovarian cancer, Prophylactic surgery for women at high risk for the development of hereditary ovarian and endometrial cancersm, Management of high grade uterine cancers.Her recent research focuses on the regulation and radiologic imaging of ovarian cancer metastasis and the unique biology of aggressive uterine cancers. She conducts clinical trials targeting ovarian cancer as well as endometrial and cervical cancer through the GOG.
