1 lb. pork tenderloin
1 tsp. basil, dried
1 tsp. rosemary, dried
1 tsp. parsley, dried
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 425 2. In a bowl combine all ingredients except pork 3. Place pork in large food storage bags and add marinade and make sure pork is entirely covered. 4. Refrigerate for one hour 5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature is 160. 6. Rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing 7. Enjoy!
